MAVERICKS AT WIZARDS, 6:00 PM ET

TV: League Pass

  • Dallas Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle says that his team, which has lost six straight, is a responsible one. “We have guys who care. We have guys that want them to win. It’s my job to give them the direction and facilitate those things happening and happening better, It’s always going to start defensively and with rebounding,” Carlisle said. ”If guys aren’t doing what they’re supposed to do on the court, they have to sit.”
  • The Mavericks recalled G Jared Cunningham from the D-League, but he’ll be inactive for the game. C/F Brandan Wright is inactive with a quad strain.
  • Washington Wizards G Jordan Crawford will be available to play after missing Saturday’s game in Chicago with a sore left ankle.
  • Wizards coach Randy Wittman says that F Trevor Ariza (strained left calf) is the closest of the injured players to being ready. Neither Ariza nor G John Wall (left knee) has been cleared for contact.
