TV: League Pass
- Nets Coach P.J. Carlesimo said Andray Blatche, who missed shootaround with an illness, would play. Gerald Wallace (bruised ribs) is out for the Nets and his status is unknown for Wednesday night’s game in Atlanta.
- The Raptors’ frontcourt will be depleted and lacking its international punch with Andrea Bargnani (torn right elbow ligament and strained right wrist) and Jonas Valanciunas (fractured metacarpal) sidelined. Raptors Coach Dwane Casey said Aaron Gray might play because he matches up well with Nets center Brook Lopez.
- This is a matchup of two teams playing well. Since falling to 4-19 and hitting their season’s low point while dressing eight players in a loss to the Nets on December 12th in Toronto, the Raptors have won 10 of 14 games while the Nets have yet to lose in January.
