  • The Oklahoma City Thunder roll into Sacramento after losing on Wednesday night to the Golden State Warriors.  Coach Scott Brooks grew up in the Sacramento area and was an assistant coach for the Kings before taking his current head coaching job.  “They have some of the best fans in basketball,” Brooks said of the Kings during his pre-game press conference.  “They supported the team for many years and there was probably a few years in there they probably shouldn’t have supported them.”
  • The Kings have a tall task tonight trying to slow down a very talented Thunder team.  “You don’t try,” coach Keith Smart said of how you game plan for a team like the Thunder.  “You don’t try to game plan for a team like the Thunder because they are a unique team.  They’re a team that’s built to do one things and that’s trying to win the whole thing, win the whole championship. We’ve got to play close to a perfect game here for us to have a shot against this basketball team,” an honest Smart told reporters before the game.”
