• Heat coach Erik Spoelstra has yet to decide if Shane Battier or Udonis Haslem will start Game 1. He will make a decision before tip-off. Last year Battier started most of the postseason. 
  • Guard Dwyane Wade is in the lineup despite being limited in practice the past two days because of a sore right knee.
  • Bucks coach Jim Boylan said he will use a variety of defenders to try to slow the Heat’s LeBron James. According to James, it’s nothing new. He said during pre-game he’s used to multiple looks.
  • Bucks forward Ersan Ilyasova (wrist) will play despite still experiencing pain. He wore a ice pack over the wrist after the morning shootaround.
  • Milwaukee center Larry Sanders, who was bothered by a sore back late in the season, is back in the lineup.
