• Chris Bosh said today the Spurs are playing minds games with him by leaving him open at the 3-point line. “I know what they’re doing,” he said at shootaround prior to tonight’s Game 3. Bosh missed all four attempts from the 3-point line in Game 1 and did not try anything from the arc with 10 attempts from the floor in Game 2. He has the green light from the Heat to jack them up, however. “The corner 3 will still be a part of the game,” Miami coach Eric Spoelstra said. “But that just depends on spacing and what happens during the course pf the game.”
  • Spurs coach Gregg Popovich, as often happens, was not a fountain of information in a pre-game news conference tonight. When asked how many of the Spurs’ 15 turnovers in Game 2 were forced by the Heat as compared to unforced mental errors by the Spurs, Popovich replied, I think probably about half.” His response to Tim Duncan’s 6-for-14 shooting night in Game 2?: “I think they did a good job keeping the ball away from him.”
