- Goran Dragic (ankle) will not play for Phoenix (3-1), although he did suit up for a pre-game workout tonight on the AT&T Center floor. “He’ll be out one more night, hopefully,” coach Jeff Hornacek said, citing Friday’s home game against Denver as the return date. “He feels pretty good. We want to make sure he’s completely healthy. Even though we’ve missed him for a couple of games we’ve played pretty well.” It’s Dragic’s second-straight missed game, and Gerald Green will start again in his place. Green equaled a career record with six 3-pointers last night in the road win over New Orleans.
- Matt Bonner will not play for San Antonio (3-1). Bonner missed the second half of last night’s road win over Denver with left calf tightness, and Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said there’s no timetable for his return.
- Suns rookie 7-footer Alex Len likely will miss his third-straight game tonight because of ankle soreness. “He’ll go out there and warm up and see how he feels,” Hornacek said. “We want to make sure he’s totally fine before we throw him back out there. I’d say it’s doubtful (that he will play tonight).”
