CLIPPERS AT TIMBERWOLVES, 8 P.M. ET

TV: League Pass

  • The Clippers have won the last eight meetings between the two teams, including all three so far this year. They have also won 15 of their last 17 games.
  • Jamal Crawford  is out for the Clippers (left calf) and Blake Griffin is not going to play because of back spasms. When asked if Griffin could go, Clippers’ coach, Doc Rivers said more than an hour before tipoff: “I really don’t know yet. He’s 50/50.” For Minnesota, Kevin Love will be available to play, despite his comment after last night’s game that he was very tired and felt like he was getting sick.
  • Minnesota has lost four of their last six and, coming off the 114-99 loss in Brooklyn last night, they are 4-11 in back-to-backs this season, including losing the last six.
  • Kevin Love is averaging 27.2 points, 15.8 rebounds, and 5.2 assists in the three games against the Clippers this season, but he is only averaging 16.5 ppg in the last four games.
